Reports are that a local militant group planted an explosive device in a trash can in front of a building in town. Tourists we spoke to this morning had no idea anything happened yesterday, and out on Bacuit Bay, tour boats are operating as normal.
For what it's worth, we're steering clear of town and catching a bus out tomorrow.
